Show Notes:

As teachers, you spend the majority of your time and energy on classroom prep and developing effective strategies for managing student behaviors. With all of those daily decisions, the last thing you want to think about is what you’re going to eat while at school. Deciding what you’re going to have for lunch might seem minor, but trust me, having a system and plan for what to eat will make your life simpler and stress-free.

I love giving practical ideas to busy teachers, and sharing quick and easy lunch and snack ideas is no exception. In today’s episode, I’m sharing healthy lunches for busy teachers that will eliminate your decision fatigue and keep you full and satisfied throughout the day. Throughout the episode, I give you a variety of examples you can have as healthy lunches and healthy snacks. But more importantly, I share reasons and benefits for having a plan and start taking control of this aspect of your teacher life.

I’m all about learning how to up-level your classroom management system in all the different aspects of the classroom. I’ve always said that managing a classroom is more than just discipline and managing student behaviors, so having healthy lunches for busy teachers is part of having effective classroom management. Having a plan for what I was going to eat at school was a simple and easy way for me to manage my classroom while also having quick and healthy lunches and snack ideas that I know you can benefit from too!
