Show Notes:

My main goal in creating and providing all that I do is so beginning teachers don’t have to struggle or feel the overwhelm and stress that comes with being a new teacher. Two programs that I’ve created to help with this are the READY for School Academy and The Classroom Management Club. Each program offers unique and resourceful tools and strategies to help teachers in all stages of their careers get ready for the school year and streamline their classroom management systems.

However, by offering two different programs, teachers often get confused as to which program is right for them and knowing the difference between them. So, in today’s episode, I’m doing a deep dive into each program in order to help you decide which one to enroll in and which program is best during the different stages of your education career. I help break down the different aspects of each program and provide the highlights they have to offer.

When it comes to the READY for School Academy, I provide an overview of the 5 module course with each of the main steps you would go through. The main purpose of this program is to set teachers up for success at the beginning of the school year. This includes classroom organization, lesson plans, and lots of resources that will forever be available to those in the Academy.

However, The Classroom Management Club has a different purpose and is designed completely differently. This annual membership’s cornerstone is to be a place to ask for guidance, help, and support on daily classroom struggles. With resources constantly being added, an abundance of tools and strategies for you to try, along with support and kudos sessions, The Classroom Management Club is a place where teachers can troubleshoot their issues.

I always want to help teachers in all stages of their careers and help them find success as beginning or veteran teachers. Therefore, I’ve created two different programs, the READY for School Academy and The Classroom Management Club, to provide you with the tools, resources, strategies, and support you need to be prepared for the beginning of the school year or streamline your classroom management system. So whether you find either program is right for you, you will find success as a beginning teacher!

I hope this information is helpful as you prepare for your first, second, or third year of teaching. Until next time, remember, just because you're a beginning elementary teacher, there's no need for you to struggle like one.
